Owner is very patient, fair, nice man that tries his best to accommodate everyone. Our last stay was after a very stressful week for my Husband & I....resulting in.a loud fight between us that offended guests of the establishment. Obviously we were in the wrong & regretted it. We appreciated his way of handling the situation and allowing us to stay. The other times we stayed there (without incident), he showed just as much hospitality. Thank you and look forward to staying again. Fyi: Rooms are clean with no bugs or things falling apart like most of the hotels on this side of town. The man who runs this place is really nice. All he asks is you respect the property and the other guests. Kinda strict rules as far as absolutely no visitors, but I understand it, being the area it's in. Clean, quiet, very easy access to buses, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Full cable TV. I've stayed there twice and will be back
